How It Works
1. Complete Form
Fill out the Send-In form below, print it out, and include it with your SD card or flash media device.
2. Package Drive
Package your device in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations for shipping drives. Mark the package as “containing Electronic Media—do not expose to magnetic fields.”
3. Ship Package
Send your drive(s) to our Clearwater, FL office by FedEx or another reputable courier service that allows for package tracking. We ask that you insure your shipment and double-check the address before shipping. LC Technology is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in shipping.
4. Repair Begins
When we receive your drive, we’ll get to work assessing the damage. We’ll reach out to you with a plan, and if you give us the go-ahead, we’ll get to work rescuing your files.

Standard Flash Drive Recovery

Chip off Flash Drive Recovery
$525/ & up
- Physical removal of the memory chip from your device
- Expert in-lab extraction
- Manipulation of the raw memory data to recover files
- Domestic shipping of recovered data on user-supplied media or DVD (up to 8GB)
- Original media return upon request
Please note: There is a $100 surcharge for physically damaged media (eg. broken connectors).
For recoveries outside of the US, an additional shipping fee is added. If we don’t find your files, there will be no other charge besides return shipping.
